About Amp
Well what can I say about me? My name is Amp, not real name just a nick name, and I work for a Service Provider here in Cary, NC in the Advanced Support department for Managed Network Services. I have been in the IT field since I joined the Marine Corps back in July 1994. I started out as a LAN Administrator running a Banyan VINES and Microsoft NT network. Once I left the Marine Corps I went to work for Banyan VINES as a consultant until they sold StreetTalk Directory to Microsoft to create Active Directory. After that I was a Sr. Systems Analyst for software company that went belly up. After living through that disaster I accepted an offer to work in the Managed Services department for what was then known as WorldCom, then MCI, now VerizonBusiness. Well anyway, enough about me, let me know more about YOU!!!!
