I&#039;ve got a strategy in my head, but I think it&#039;s time I put it down cos I believe it would help me focus better. 

What I do currently is more of &quot;stock-taking&quot;. 
After studying, I ensure I make a note of what I&#039;ve done (topic watched videos or listened to on audio lessons, which topics I&#039;ve read in books and srnd&#039;s and which labs I&#039;ve completed) in a spreadsheet and I write down how many hours I&#039;ve put in. 

While this is just to give me an accurate figure as to how many hours I actually put in after my written exam, and what areas I&#039;ve covered, I believe I need to define how to hit the lab in a more visual way.
