I think this is really cool! I've got a strategy in my head, but I think it's time I put it down cos I believe it would help me focus better. What I do currently is more of "stock-taking". After studying, I ensure I make a note of what I've done (topic watched videos or listened to on audio lessons, which topics I've read in books and srnd's and which labs I've completed) in a spreadsheet and I write down how many hours I've put in. While this is just to give me an accurate figure as to how many hours I actually put in after my written exam, and what areas I've covered, I believe I need to define how to hit the lab in a more visual way.
